Friend Ad

I want a friend who has a great sense of humor. I can't have someone around who sits there and stares at a wall. Also you have to be social. I'd rather not have someone around who doesn't say a word and awkwardly sits around. A best friend of mine would also have to be athletic or somewhat physically active. I can not sit around and watch tv all day I have to be moving. You can't be a self centered person. Not everything in the world revolves around you. Also you have to be a trustworthy person. I hate having people tell me that someone's been saying stuff behind my back. If you think you can handle these standards then give me a call.

Life Of A Dog

Imagine living as a dog. At a young age soon after you are born you are taken away from your mother. You are living in an uncomfortable space with another young dog. There are many people who come by and stare at you, but can't help you. Then suddenly you are removed from your "home", and put in front of a group of people who stare at you touch you and talk to you. At first you are uncomfortable because your not sure whats going on and if they are going to hurt you. But after a few minutes you become more relaxed realizing they mean no harm to you. Suddenly after playing with you for a few minutes they get up and walk away you are picked up and brought away from them. Next thing you realize is you are brought back to those people again who seem very excited to see you, and you are handed over to them. They walk you away from what used to be your home and bring you to another place they call home. These people who you are still not fully comfortable with bring you inside, you realize this is your new home and it should be much better than your other one. You receive a lot of attention from the family who takes great care of you over the years that you grow older and bigger. Your life is great. You are pampered and treated as a king by the family and never neglected. You live the rest of your life in pure joy and happiness.

Ingredients Of Enthusiasm

For me to be enthusiastic about learning I really like for it to be hands on and interactive, instead of me listening about how to do something while also desperately trying to stay awake in my seat. I am not the biggest fan of notes because when I  write them down I don't really pickup the big ideas as much as I should, I basically just write them down to follow instruction. Also after learning about how to do something new it makes me enthusiastic when instead of just sitting there in silence thinking to myself, "well I don't really get how to do this so I'll just write something down," I like to work with a friend so if that person caught how to do it then maybe they could try to teach me. One last thing that makes me enthusiastic is learning about things in the news today. I'm not a big fan of history class because we talk about things so far in the past that it really doesn't affect me in anyway. I like to learn about current events and really discuss them and understand them better.

Courage

For something to be courageous the act being done has to come with a split second of thought but it also must contain the element of fear. This story of courage isn't about me but my parents. Awhile back when I was younger we could hear  a car crash on the highway from our house. My parents had not heard sirens yet about 5 minutes after the crash and decided to jump in the car and drive over to see what was going on. When they got there my mother called out to see if everyone involved was okay and she got a positive response. The crash ended up being a little fender bender nothing big. This act doesn't really involve the element of fear but I still believe it is courageous that my parents went out to see if everything was okay instead of staying home and just thinking about doing something to help.
